Theory and Driving Test

Student passes her driving test with Mark Garfoot School of Motoring having taken her test in Durham

Theory Test:

Your theory test will last approximately an hour and will be conducted at a local test centre. It consists of several questions and case studies, along with some short video clips.

You are required to pass a given amount of questions, including the case studies. Also, you are required to spot a number of hazards during the video clips that are shown to you.

You are given points ranging from 5 to 0 depending on how early and correctly you identify a hazard during each clip. One of your clips will contain 2 hazzards that you can score up to 10 points if spotted and marked correctly.

Remember each clip might include a number of hazards you do not know, which is the one you will collect the points for.
